comfort food... mmm...

comfort foodThe best remedy for bleh days is comfort food. I had some leftover sausages from dinner on Thursday so I just cut them up and put them in the pasta instead of ground meat.

The sausages came from Taylors and Jones. I took a duck breast with orange, duck with soy and honey and a Cumberland sausage.

The pasta is just orzo pasta with peas and carrots in chicken broth. Nothing to it.

It’s one of my favourite dishes my mom makes.
